Jeremys been married to his wife of 10 years and is the father of 2 kids, ages 7 & 8. He plays baseball and football in a very networked sports club and is active in his community with his kids. Jeremy works remotely from home as COO of Corporate Housing by Owner. This allows him the flexibility to accommodate last minute requests and plan for appointments as needed. It’s another reason he’s required to stay up-to-the-minute on the housing market. Through his extensive network of realtors, contractors, builders, countless vendors, and established business relationships with leading technology he is able to make the seemingly impossible, possible. His passion to help his clients always has him looking to the next step so he can set expectations and keep all parties well informed. His ability to effectively communicate snd prioritize clients needs are definitely his strongest abilities. Jeremy has a natural born talent for negotiating. His intuition for knowing just how much to negotiate without devaluing or losing the deal in the most professional manner is a gift. He can also sense, based on his knowledge of the economy/housing market, what offers should and should not be passed on. He negotiates every deal as if it were his own. 2017 is when he decided to take the additional step to get his real estate license.
