About Colleen
I first became licensed in California in 1988 while working for a property management firm in San Diego. I specialized in short term vacation rentals and sales in PB. Later, I moved into the commercial leasing and bank owned property division and worked with a large west coast bank client for several years. I married and moved to New Orleans LA in 1992. I opened Rangel Realty in 2002. I became a licensed broker in Nevada this year and opened a 2nd office serving the Reno/Sparks area. I have owned rental property in New Orleans and San Diego.
