About Charlotte

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate profession, Charlotte Viguerie is now bringing her expertise to Rêve Realtors. In the early 2000s Charlotte joined the world of real estate as a licensed Realtor. After many years of success, she pivoted to the Title side of the real estate industry as the Director of Marketing at Crescent Title. The work at Crescent Title has given Charlotte unique insight into real estate sales from contract to closing. Bringing this experience to Rêve, Charlotte is back full-time in real estate sales as of 2021. Her diverse experience over the last 20 years has provided her with a world of knowledge to help her clients navigate the real estate market. A native New Orleanian and a resident of Uptown, Charlotte was educated locally at Mercy High School and Tulane University. Charlotte has immense knowledge of the Greater New Orleans market and while she may specialize in properties Uptown she is no stranger to listing and selling in Gentilly and Algiers, and everywhere in between. When Charlotte is not practicing real estate, you can find her listening to live music at Tipitina's or The Maple Leaf or dining out at one of her favorite restaurants such as Patios or Clancy's. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her son Peter and her French Bulldog J Lo.
