My experience includes residential, luxury, and investment properties as well as multifamily, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, and other commercial real estate opportunities. I approach every transaction with careful preparation, clear communication, strategic negotiation, and a commitment to protecting my clients’ interests. Before real estate, I built an extensive career in banking, regulatory compliance, and executive leadership, including serving as a Senior Vice President in Compliance. That background strengthened my skills in financial analysis, contracts, risk management, negotiation, and attention to detail—experience I bring to the table for my clients today. Originally from Nicaragua and fluent in English and Spanish, I am passionate about education and empowering others through knowledge. I regularly teach and speak on real estate, homeownership, investing, leadership, and professional development. I believe clients make better decisions when they understand not only what is happening, but why it matters. I hold the PSA, ABR®, RENE, AHWD®, and C2EX designations and endorsements and remain actively involved in real estate leadership and my community.
