My name is Scotty Carter and I was borned and raised in Columbia, Kentucky. I have been in sales for over 25 years. My passion is helping people. I am very devoted from start to finish with my clients and helping them achieve their goals with their sales or purchases. I have been married for 30 years to my wife Kim Carter who is a Nurse Practitioner. We have a 23 year old son that attends LMU, plays collegiate baseball and is pursuing a business degree. We also have a 20 year old daughter that attends UK and is pursuing a nursing degree. We are a very close knit family that loves spending our time together whether it be at a game or just hanging out. Before getting into Real Estate I was in the wholesale business covering the whole state from Columbia to Covington and Paducah to Pikeville, so if it is in the state of Kentucky I am familiar with it. Before the exciting time of joining Lake Cumberland Real Estate professionals I was an agent at Walker Realty in Columbia, Kentucky.
