About Paula

Hi, I'm Paula, a Realtor serving Southern Indiana and the Louisville, Kentucky area, covering New Albany, Jeffersonville, Floyds Knobs, and everywhere along the Ohio River corridor into Louisville. I work with both buyers and sellers, licensed in Indiana and Kentucky, and I've built my business around one simple idea: you shouldn't have to have it all together to buy or sell a home. I'm not the agent who hands you off to a transaction coordinator and disappears. When there's an inspection issue or an appraisal question, I'm the one on the phone with the contractor or the appraiser myself, because "someone will follow up" isn't good enough when it's your home on the line. A lot of my clients are relocating, often comparing Louisville to bigger, pricier cities like Nashville and realizing how much more home (and how much more life) their money can buy here. Others are local buyers and sellers who just want someone who treats their story and their nerves as seriously as the contract. Either way, my job is to make sure you always know what's happening and what's next: no jargon, no guessing games, no pressure. Southern Indiana and Louisville aren't just where I sell real estate.
