A tenth-generation Kentuckian, Matthew Singleton grew up in historic Danville, Kentucky, where he developed a respect for architecture. Upon graduating from the University of Kentucky, Matthew joined a boutique real estate firm specializing in farms and estates in central Kentucky. After relocating to Louisville, Matthew joined Kentucky Select Properties. Matthew currently resides in Prospect with his partner, Seth, and their terrier, Carly. In his spare time, he enjoys appreciating historic architecture, traveling, spending time with friends and exploring local eateries.
