I am a downtown Lexington, KY resident for over 35 years specializing in historic homes, downtown properties & older established neighborhoods. I have been a Realtor since 1987, lifetime Million Dollar Club member and member of the LBAR-MLS Leadership Team 2008-11. Former Lexington-Fayette Historic commission (3 terms). Past or current board member Blue Grass Trust, Northside Neighborhood Assoc., Historic Western Suburb Neighborhood Assoc., Diversity Business Coalition and MASH of the Bluegrass. I was the 2011 recipient of the Good Neighbor award from the Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors and the 2011 John Wesley Hunt award for my lifetime contribution to preservation in Kentucky from the Blue Grass Trust and the Sold on Service award from God's Pantry Food Bank on September 11, 2014.
