Although I have proudly called Louisville home since 1994, my professional journey first took me to New York City, where I honed my leadership and logistical skills as a General Manager for Best Buy. Drawn back to my hometown, I returned to Louisville in 2013 to join and help grow my family's established real estate business. My career took a transformative step when my wife, Casey, came on board in 2015. Recognizing our unique synergy, we eventually branched off from the family team to establish our own separate, highly successful husband-and-wife dynamic. With skills that perfectly balance our business, Casey naturally took the reins on customer-facing relationships, while I leveraged my corporate management background to dive deep into marketing and operations. Today, operating under Simpler Real Estate, I spearhead a Zillow Preferred lead allocation group. My operational expertise ensures our agents have the structure they need to succeed while delivering top-tier, highly responsive service to our clients. My tech-forward approach truly sets our listings apart. By utilizing AI-driven staging tools, professional drone videography, and custom 4K vertical tours, I ensure every property captures maximum buyer attention across all digital and social media platforms. Outside of real estate, I enjoy an active lifestyle with Casey and our two children. You can often find me playing local golf courses, planning our family's next alpine skiing adventure, or taking in Louisville's signature Kentucky Derby season.
