Fred was born in Lexington, but grew up in Eastern Kentucky in the towns of Hazard and Corbin. After graduating from Corbin High School, he went to Transylvania University in Lexington where he played on the golf team and graduated with a degree in finance. Fred received his real estate license that same year and has been in the real estate field ever since. He has sold over $100,000,000 in property with most coming from the residential, land and farm sectors. Fred is married to Melanie Kilpatrick. They have two children, Ellie and Grant, and two Dachshunds. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, traveling and spending time with his family. Cartus Relocation Certified
