About Falon

Hi, I’m Falon Hatfield, a real estate agent with Sester & Co. Realty. With nearly a decade of professional experience in human resources, I’ve built my career around helping people navigate important decisions with clear communication, attention to detail, and genuine care. I believe buying or selling a home should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Whether you’re searching for your first home, preparing to sell, relocating, or simply exploring your options, my goal is to make the process as comfortable and straightforward as possible. I want my clients to feel confident asking questions, understand what comes next, and know they have someone in their corner throughout the process. My HR background has taught me the importance of listening closely, communicating clearly, staying organized, and following through on commitments. I bring those same qualities to every real estate relationship, along with a strong work ethic, fresh energy, and the support and resources of the team at Sester & Co. Realty. To me, real estate is about much more than a transaction. Every move represents a new chapter, a goal, or a story and I believe you deserve an agent who takes the time to understand what matters most to you. If you’re thinking about buying or selling, I’d love the opportunity to get to know you, answer your questions, and help you take your next step with confidence.
