Elliot Burton is a lifelong resident of Columbia–Adair County, Kentucky, and a dedicated real estate professional serving clients throughout South Central Kentucky. Since beginning his real estate career in 2017, Elliot has built a reputation for strong market knowledge, hard work, and delivering results for his clients. He is a high-producing agent, consistently selling well over $10 million in real estate each year, and was honored with the 2025 Readers’ Choice Award for Realtor of the Year. After graduating from Adair County High School, Elliot attended the University of Kentucky before transferring to Western Kentucky University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Leadership in 2018. While still in college, he obtained his real estate license while building and selling spec homes, which sparked his passion for the real estate industry. In addition to helping clients buy and sell property, Elliot also owns and manages several rental properties, giving him valuable firsthand experience in real estate investment. A lifelong local resident, Elliot knows South Central Kentucky extremely well and takes pride in helping people achieve their real estate goals. He is competitive, driven to win for his clients, and committed to providing exceptional service. Elliot has been married to his wife, Hailey, since 2021, and together they are raising their son, Gentry. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and attending local sporting events.
