Hi! I'm Eileen Street. Yes, my last name really is Street. It's a pretty fitting name for a REALTOR®! I believe every client deserves an advocate who listens first, communicates openly, and helps them make confident decisions. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a longtime residence, relocating to or from Louisville, or building an investment portfolio, my goal is to make the process as informed, transparent, organized, and stress-free as possible. I believe the best real estate experience is one where you always know what's happening, understand your options, and feel supported from our first conversation through to closing, and long after. As a proud Louisville resident, I'm honored to help clients throughout the greater Louisville area. I would love the opportunity to help you achieve your real estate goals. Before real estate, I built my career in journalism and tourism. Those experiences sharpened my ability to ask the right questions, research thoroughly, negotiate thoughtfully, and communicate clearly. I've been in many of my clients' shoes as well. I've purchased my own home, managed a $100,000+ renovation, own and manage a short-term turned mid-term rental property, and have relocated multiple times within the United States and internationally. Those experiences allow me to offer practical advice grounded not only in professional knowledge, but also in real-life experience. Outside of real estate, I have a passion for travel (38 countries, 44 U.S. states, and counting!). At home, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our three dogs (french bulldog, labrador, and schipperke). In Louisville, I love exploring our food scene and parks.
