Brent’s career with Semonin Realtors began in 2016 as a REALTOR®, where he worked daily to build a strong network of clients and other working professionals in an effort to assist individuals through the complex process of buying and/or selling a home in Louisville, KY and surrounding areas. Brent grew up in Mt. Washington and has previously served on the Mt. Washington City Counsel and is currently a member of Bullitt County Joint Planning Commission. He is also an active member of the Bullitt County Chamber of Commerce. His involvement with the Chamber has ranged over a span of twenty years. Brent’s clients are always impressed with his interpersonal skills and his ability to help them smoothly navigate the home buying process.
