About Tim

Tim is a Kansas Native, who grew up in the town of Colby located in Northwest Kansas. Growing up in a small town he learned to love hunting, fishing and playing sports. He also learned that Kansas is a special place because of its people. Tim and with his wife, Jana and have three children Karli, Max & Kinsley. The Kubik family has been in the city of Wichita since 1992 where they have built their lives in the west side community and the Maize School District. They can’t imagine living anywhere else.Tim Graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Marketing. Since graduating he has spent the last 25 years as a Professional Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical industry traveling the state educating physicians and helping improve the care patients receive. In those years, he has been trained in the skills of selling, closing, presenting, negotiating contracts, following up on leads and persuasion. He has taken numerous courses and seminars including:The Dale Carnegie Course on Public SpeakingThe Franklin/ Covey Time Management CourseThe P4 Selling PlatformNegotiating to YesReal Estate became Tim’s passion in 2005 when he started buying rentals and flipping houses. He loves everything about Real Estate but most of all he loves meeting and talking with people along the way. Over the years he has established relations with bankers, other investors, property managers and agents. He believes every person and every house has a unique and interesting story to tell if people will take the time to look and to listen. Tim feels that with his knowledge in sales and marketing coupled with his decade of experience in the real estate market that he is well suited to help people navigate through the challenging and sometimes scary real estate process.
