About Richard

I bring more than 20 years of sales management experience to the table, along with 3 years in the construction industry working as a laborer, project manager, and estimator. My background has taught me how to work with people from all walks of life, understand what a customer really needs, solve problems quickly, and keep projects moving from the first conversation all the way through completion. In construction, I’ve had the opportunity to see the business from multiple angles. I’ve worked hands-on in the field, managed jobs and subcontractors, coordinated materials and schedules, built estimates, and worked directly with homeowners to make sure expectations are clear. That combination of sales experience and field knowledge helps me communicate well, stay organized, and understand both the customer side and the construction side of every project. Outside of work, I’m a competitive archery shooter, and I enjoy the challenge that comes with constantly trying to improve. Archery fits my personality pretty well: I’m competitive, focused, and always looking for the next 12-ring. 🎯 When I’m not working or shooting my bow, you can usually find me doing something outdoors. I enjoy golf, fishing, concerts, and spending time outside, preferably with good people and a cold Busch Light somewhere nearby. I like to have fun, joke around, and keep things light, but when there’s a job to do, I’m serious about getting it done right. At the end of the day, I’m someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, competing, and seeing results. Whether I’m closing a sale, estimating a construction project, managing a jobsite, or standing on the archery line, I bring the same mindset: stay focused, work hard, enjoy what you’re doing, and always aim for the center. 🎯
