I've been helping buyers and sellers navigate the Wichita-metro real estate market for 8+ years. So whether you're buying your first home in Andover, upsizing to a larger home in Maize or Derby, selling in Goddard or Cheney, or relocating to the Wichita area from out of state — I'm here to guide you through every step with honesty, strategy, and a process that actually makes sense. My background is a little different from most agents. Before real estate, I spent nearly 20 years in retail management and human resources — which means I came into this career knowing how to negotiate, how to manage complex processes under pressure, how to positively interact with people, and how to communicate clearly when the stakes are high. I also hold a bachelor's degree from Wichita State University and an MBA from the University of Missouri–Kansas City, which shapes how I approach the financial and strategic side of every transaction. Since 2018, I've guided 100+ clients through the buying and selling process. I also spent nearly three years coaching and mentoring over a dozen other real estate agents who sold over 1,500 homes — helping them sharpen their skills and better serve their own clients. That experience taught me to stay connected to what's happening across the entire market, not just my own transactions. Born and raised right here in the Wichita area, I know these neighborhoods from the inside out, not just the market stats. I know what it actually feels like to live here. I currently live in Andover with my wife and our two dogs & cat. Outside of real estate, my wife and I are proud volunteers at the Sedgwick County Zoo, where I assist in the gorilla area. We were honored to be named the 2025 Rogers' Family Volunteers of the Year. We are also supporters of the Kansas Humane Society as well as other local animal rescues.
