I have been a full time agent since 2019 and have dedicated myself to the industry I have so much passion for. My main goal and priority is to help my clients enjoy the experience of selling or buying a home through communication, my expertise, knowledge and putting my clients before everything else. Since 2019 I have helped clients purchase and sell over 222+ homes for over $72M in volume. I have helped navigate through many different transactions and helped guide my clients to the closing table with any curveball that was thrown our way. I enjoy working with all clients from first time home buyers, sellers, new construction and investors. I have a great vendor list to help my clients get their home market ready, help with post inspection problems and also you can rely on me to refer a name for any problems clients may have for their home. In 2019 I started a flip/ rental company called NFJ Properties, LLC. I continue to invest in the Kansas City Market and enjoy helping guide clients looking to invest in this market to strategize and complete their investment properties to turn a quick profit or to keep as a long term investment. I have Successfully executed multiple 1031 Exchanges for investors.
