About Daniel

“Daniel Wampler was born and raised in the Wichita, KS area. Graduated in 1989 from Circle High School, attended Wichita State University graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in 1995 and studied at Rice University (Houston, TX) receiving a Master’s degree in 1999. After graduation he continued to live and work in Houston, TX, working as a freelance opera singer with the Opera in the Heights and Houston Grand Opera Chorus. It was in 2005 that Mr. Wampler became involved with real estate. He first worked with a small privately owned real estate investment company that year, and then in 2007 began working with a Home Vestor’s franchise. It was in late 2008 that he moved back home to Wichita, KS, and shortly thereafter began working as a licensed real estate agent in 2009. Since coming home, he has continued to work with real estate investors but also, but he has successfully closed short sales, been a property manager for a multi-family property in Wichita, has helped first-time home buyers buy their first home, as well as, last time home buyers buy their home and everything in between. He began working with OnPoint Realtors Real Estate in 2021. He specializes with buyers & sellers and property management.
