About Susan

Susan is a REALTOR® with Evermore Realty at Raeco Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout Greater Lafayette and the surrounding communities. Since beginning her real estate career in 2022, she has gained experience across a wide range of transactions, from first-time home purchases and traditional sales to investment properties, new construction, and clients making their next move. Susan takes a practical, straightforward approach to real estate. She is detail-oriented, responsive, and believes her clients should always understand what is happening and why. She enjoys digging into the details, working through the unexpected issues that inevitably come up in real estate, and making sure her clients have the information they need to make confident decisions. Before real estate, Susan worked as an engineer after earning her bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. That background has carried over naturally into her real estate career, where attention to detail, problem-solving, and understanding how things work are valuable every day. Originally from Wisconsin, Susan came to Lafayette in 2003 to fulfill her dream of becoming a Boilermaker and has called the area home ever since. Having lived in Greater Lafayette for more than 20 years, she has watched the community grow and change while raising her own family here. When she isn't working with clients, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and two Golden Retrievers. She also enjoys reading and crafting—and usually has some kind of project in the works.
