About Natalie

Natalie is the Managing Broker/Owner of Hightower Homes, LLC and a member of MIBOR for over 17 years. She currently serves as the 2026 President-Elect of MIBOR’s Association Board of Directors. Natalie has previously served in MiBOR Association roles such as the 2025 Secretary Treasurer, 2025 Finance Committee Chair, 2024 Co-Chair of the DEI Committee, and the 2024 VP of Programming for IREIBA (Indiana Real Estate Independent Brokers Association). After obtaining her salesperson’s license and working with Keller Williams and a property management company for several years, she obtained her real estate broker's license and created Hightower Homes, LLC. As a full-time independent Managing Broker, Natalie has assisted many individuals, families, and local investors find homes and investment properties in the Indianapolis Metro area. Natalie gained experience in various areas of corporate America prior to becoming a REALTOR, but she always had a passion for real estate. Natalie has worked in banking and investments, customer service, loan underwriting, and mutual funds. Natalie also gained experience in Human Resources & Training while working for an Indiana based construction and engineering company. There she was responsible for organizing training for employees, developing S.O.Ps (Standard Operating Procedures) for the company, monitoring and revising the company’s organizational chart, and implementing cost cutting strategies for the company. In 2008, while working at that company & due to her passion for diversity, she obtained her certification in “Developing Strategic Diversity Initiatives” from the National MultiCultural Institute. Her commitment to diversity has continued during her real estate career with her service on MIBOR’s BOD and the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee where she also served on the Breaking Barriers Scholarship sub-committee. She was even featured on an HGTV’s “House Hunters episode entitled “Tackling a Home Search”.
