About Kevin

I've always been interested in houses, construction, and how everything comes together behind the scenes. That interest eventually led me to real estate, but not before gaining experience in mortgages, insurance claims, and property renovations. Looking back, every step gave me a better understanding of the homeownership process and made me a better resource for my clients today. I especially enjoy working with first-time homebuyers because I know there's a lot of information to sort through. My job isn't to tell you what to do—it's to help you understand your options, answer your questions honestly, and give you the information you need to make the decision that's right for you. Clients often describe me as calm, patient, and thorough, and I work hard to keep the process moving while making sure nothing gets overlooked. I've learned that no two transactions are the same. Every client has different goals, concerns, and priorities, which is why I spend more time listening than talking. The better I understand what's important to you, the better I can help you get where you want to go. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my wife, Cala, and our three kids, watching or playing sports, hosting family and friends at our house, or supporting my wife's business. Family is a big part of who I am, and it's one of the reasons I care so much about helping others find a place they'll enjoy coming home to. At the end of the day, I want my clients to feel like they had someone in their corner who listened, communicated well, and always had their best interests in mind.
