My background combines real estate, leadership, marketing, and process improvement, which gives me a practical understanding of both the people side and the operational side of the business. In my role, I work closely on team development, onboarding, pipeline organization, transaction support, and overall business strategy. I am involved in the day-to-day execution that keeps our business moving while also helping shape the bigger picture of how it grows.
