Carr Realty opened in 1947 in Deerfield, Illinois. We are a small family owned and operated Real Estate Agency operating under the current ownership since 1962. We’re honest, private and passionate about providing a more personal service than larger agencies. Your home, family and all information are kept totally confidential. We take selling your home as serious as selling our own, from staging and taking pictures, to watching pets and helping seniors during showings, to advice on cleaning, packing and inspections. We answer all of our own calls and schedule all showings and open houses. It is important to us to give undivided attention to each of our clients.
