Every client I meet, every door I open leads to a new opportunity to help people find a home they love, in a community they feel at home in. I know firsthand what it’s like looking for a home in a state, city and neighborhood you know nothing about. My clients can tell I care more about helping them establish a happy life in a new home more than simply making a sale. “There’s more to a move than just finding a home.” Real estate is a life changing business prompted by a job promotion, new baby, new lifestyle and more. Discerning where a client is and where they want to go is reached by listening. My sellers know I’m not afraid to take chances. I stepped out of my comfort zone and onto the rooftop of a 9 story condo building to give my sellers the best marketing video possible for their penthouse. I believe in networking with neighbors and door knocking to find the perfect “non-listed” homes for my clients. Recently I got a lead from a neighborhood dog walker and managed to sell and broker a deal without the seller even listing their home. A few months later, I sold my client’s home with multiple offers. You have to think outside the box and consider other options to make your clients’ dreams come true. Real Estate is a constant career both inside and outside the office. Over the past 22 years, I’ve built relationships with ancillary professionals to support my clients in mortgage, inspections, legal, staging, photography, and more. Relationships with colleagues are important to a successful transaction. As a multi-award-winning agent, my persistence and knowledge have earned me the Chairman’s Circle Gold Award. I pride much of my success to repeat clients and their referrals. When I’m not showing homes, meeting with clients or knocking on doors, I can be found spending time with my grandchildren, playing Mah Jong, Pickleball or serving my parish through charitable projects. I hold designations in e-PRO, CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert), CRP (Certified Relocation Professional), SFT (Short Sale & Foreclosure Specialist and a BA from St. Louis University.
