She has lived in the Chicagoland area all of her life and knows the city and the surrounding neighborhoods very well. She loves the city of Chicago and has leveraged that love for her clients’ benefit. “I love to explore the city of Chicago by trying new places to eat, drink and just be happy with friends and family”. Sonia likes to help people and that is why she fell in love with this profession. She loves to help people see the full potential of a property. “Chicago has some beautiful homes and I offer a unique perspective for my clients.” People can always find information on their own by doing the research using the internet, however Sonia likes to make it easier for her clients who need help in finding that right home. “As part of that commitment, I will always listen and respond with whatever you need from me to ensure that the process is a smooth one.” Sonia says that her goal here is to make it easier for all. Sonia sees every person as part of her family and not solely as a client. Sonia holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and has always been fascinated with working with people. She also has great passion in real estate and loves “the great bones that Chicago has to offer in the real estate market.” Sonia is skilled in educating buyers at each step of their transaction, and helping sellers’ market their home. She serves a myriad of clients, including first-time buyers, people looking to upgrade and investors. Sonia always ensure that she understands her client’s needs/wants and is always on the same page with them. Most importantly, she is there alongside them every step of the way.
