She began her career in residential short sales and pre-foreclosures, eventually becoming an REO Broker for Fannie Mae. She is a Resi-Mercial Broker currently specializing in single family, multi-family, retail sales & Landlord/Tenant rep. She offers site selection & augmented segmentation, consulting services, distressed sales, fix & flips, & hold - cash flow investments. In 2019, Shaun became a Board Director of CCIM - IL - (Certified Commercial Investment Manager). In 2020 Shaun was selected for the REAP Program (Real Estate Associate Program), which aimed to increase minority participation in the commercial real estate industry. The following year, she was chosen out of 50,000 Realtors to be a part of the Illinois Realtors Leadership Academy, while simultaneously being a part of the Women's Council of Realtors Leadership Institute where she had the opportunity to speak at the National Conference on Diversity. She has a Dual BBA in Information Technology & Networking Systems and Business Management from Bryant Stratton College of NY. She & her husband own a construction company - New Vision Construction - where she and her husband are Licensed General Contractors, and she doubles a Certified Construction Project Manager. They are both avid investors - renovating & flipping homes for over 30 years.
