Michael P. Mandile, a graduate of DePaul University, has an extensive background in real estate sales, property investments, and property management. Being raised in a family of real estate investors, Michael has gone from observing the family business to working his way into the world of real estate, and has surely made quite the splash along the way. Since then, Michael has been awarded Chicago Association of Realtors "Top Producer" from 2018-2024 and was awarded as one of the Most Influential Brokers in Real Estate on social media via Property Spark, and has been recognized as Who's Who in Real Estate from 2017-2025 by Chicago Agent Magazine. Since joining Compass in 2018, Tim and his business partner, Michael Mandile, have expanded their team from two agents to 13 producing agents, collectively closing more than 700+ transactions and surpassing $250 million in sales over the past three years.
