Her international experiences have given her a deep appreciation for the emotional and practical challenges that accompany major life changes and the importance of finding a place that truly feels like home. Before entering real estate, I spent more than 15 years helping individuals and organizations navigate change. I earned my Ph.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago and held leadership and faculty positions at Baylor University, Judson University, and Elgin Community College. Throughout my career in higher education, leadership development, and organizational consulting, I helped people make informed decisions, solve complex problems, and achieve meaningful personal and professional goals. Today, I bring that same thoughtful, educational, and client-centered approach to every real estate transaction.
