She is a lifelong Chicago resident who grew up on the north side in Sauganash. She earned a degree in marketing from Loyola University. Growing up with a family who worked in banking and real estate appraisal, becoming a real estate professional is natural. She has worked with a variety of clients helping them buy and sell all types of properties. She treats each client as an individual, providing her market knowledge and expertise from start to finish. Past clients have been so thrilled with Martha's work; her team has been able to build a successful career based on almost 100% referrals, helping over 900 families find a place to call home. Martha focuses most of her business on Chicago's neighborhoods including Lakeview, Ravenswood, Lincoln Square, Bucktown, Ukrainian Village, East Village, Chicago Loop, West Loop and the Gold Coast. Martha even assists clients moving out of the area through her strong referral network. She is known for her listening skills, organization, attention to detail and enthusiasm when working with her clients. She personally owns investment, personal and vacation property.
