Mark has a unique background with over 15 years of experience in scientific data analysis. Therefore, whether he is assisting sellers get the most for their home or assisting buyers in finding residential or investment properties at the right price, Mark specializes in data driven approaches to understanding market trends by neighborhood. Mark currently works with one of Jameson Sotheby’s top producing agents where he learned to evaluate the structural integrity of properties, to effectively negotiate on behalf of his clients, and to apply technology to streamline and minimize the time and complication necessary to complete a real estate transaction. In addition, with his belief in getting the most out of wherever he lives, Mark has spent the last 8 years extensively exploring Chicago’s neighborhoods and suburbs and is able to provide buyers with the insider’s knowledge they are looking for. Mark is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and has a PhD in biology from Louisiana State University where he studied oceanographic science. He lives in the East Village neighborhood. He enjoys cooking, travel, and endlessly exploring the constantly changing city of Chicago.
