I know and love these areas, and have been a resident of Elk Grove Village – Wood Dale for close to thirty years. I am experienced working with residential buyers or sellers, lease tenants or investors. I treat all my clients with respect! I first listen, then assist. Whether you are a seller with challenging circumstances, a buyer needing guidance, or an investor needing thorough market data and evaluation, I have the expertise to satisfy. I specialize in working with first time homebuyers, making sure they are educated; I guide them with care and attention. My other skills include translations; I am fully bilingual in both English and Spanish, and I am knowledgeable about the mortgage application process, construction and rehabbing homes. It is essential for some clients to initially start building their credit; I assist them so they can reach their goal of becoming homeowners. Sharing my knowledge and facilitating a smooth and successful closing without delay is my top priority. I believe in working hard and with determination come "rain or shine". Even if it takes time, I will ensure that each client is helped until the last detail. I always treat others like I want to be treated! Personally, I love to spend time with my family, enjoy cooking and developing new recipes. I travel to Mexico whenever I can to visit family.
