As the market starts to heat up already, he predicts that property near downtown will see a resurgence (with companies wanting more folks to return to the office) as will places like Bronzeville and the West Loop continue to be hot. For clients about to list, Marc offers these three “must” tips: “Price it right(gone are the days of being above the market - that’s a guarantee for it to sit); show it right(staging, decluttering); and make market it right(video is a must)!” While doing that, he has a life as well, trying to be the best father, coach (if you want to talk baseball, he’s here for it) , friend and fraternity man he can.
