I later went on to obtain a Master's degree in Business Administration from Roosevelt University with a concentration in information systems. For the past 25 years I've worked in finance, holding various roles within the financial analyst realm, including senior financial analyst and lead analyst. During this same time I began investing in real estate. Real estate has been an interest of mine since my high school days. I've grown up within a family of investors focusing on commercial and residential properties. Fortunately, I was able to gain experience in management of rental properties during my teen years and began to invest. After 20 years of investing in real estate, building my net worth, and learning various aspects of the industry, such as investment strategies, net operating income, cash flows, exit strategies, and marketing; I've grown to love real estate. Through my experiences as an investor, I decided to become an agent with Coldwell Banker and work with clients to build their net worth through real estate.
