She later founded Lavish naiLs and has remained the driving force behind the business for nearly a decade. As an entrepreneur, Lan has managed daily operations, led a team, handled marketing and built lasting relationships with clients throughout the community. Those experiences have given her an understanding of what it takes to communicate, follow through and build trust.
