He is extremely passionate about Chicago and is familiar with most of the city's many great neighborhoods & near-by suburbs. K.C. has extensive experience that ranges from starter homes to luxury estates. K.C. joined @properties in 2007 where he mentors the agents on his team that he has built. Raised in Chicago & the south suburbs, K.C. has been residing in the Bucktown neighborhood since 2011. He lived in the Bridgeport neighborhood after earning a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from Purdue University in 1999. Prior to becoming a full time Realtor, K.C. worked as an engineering design consultant. In his spare time he enjoys volunteering with the Chinese American Service League where he's served on the Associate Board for many years, teaches immigrants conversation English and mentoring high school students at CASL's youth programs.
