As Managing Broker and VP of Brokerage Services, Joan LoCascio leads company growth initiatives by focusing on agent business development, talent attraction, and brand expansion strategies to drive increased market share for Fulton Grace agents. With extensive experience in all facets of residential brokerage, Joan identifies areas of opportunity within an organization and has the vision to innovate solutions which benefit all stakeholders – agents, employees, leadership, and ownership. These solutions have positively impacted market share growth and stakeholder performance in her prior companies. Joan’s real estate career began at an independent brokerage in Naperville. As Director of Career Development, Joan cultivated and led the firm’s talent attraction strategies which produced significant agent growth and tripled the company’s size. Prior to joining Fulton Grace, Joan served as the Director of Sales at Baird & Warner where she accelerated agent growth and spearheaded company expansion initiatives through mergers and acquisitions. Joan is a native Chicagoan and resides in River North. She is the very proud mother of two sons, Jason and Matthew. Joan graduated Magna Cum Laude from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Diversity Studies.
