About Eric

Eric Wojnicki, Broker Associate, brings over 23 years of real estate experience in areas including residential sales, commercial sales, mortgages, building/development and property management to Vylla. Eric got his start in real estate in 1997 as a real estate agent and in 2003 transitioned into the role of broker/owner of an independent real estate brokerage. As owner of a building firm, he managed all facets of custom built single family home construction throughout the suburbs of Illinois along with numerous rehabs of single and multi-family dwellings within Chicago. During this time he also served as a property manager for investors as well as his own private investment portfolio. In 2012, Eric joined on as a loan officer with Bank of America and enjoyed great success originating loans for residential and investment properties and has recently made his way back into real estate. Eric’s passion for real estate and his attention to his clients needs is what drives him. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University in 2000. He is an Illinois licensed real estate broker, and a member of the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors (MORe), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR).
