A Kentucky native who attended the University of Louisville, Chad has called Chicago home for nearly a decade now where he resides in the north side neighborhood of Lake View East with his husband Luis and their two dogs. He is an avid cyclist , fervent baseball & basketball fan, passionate about theatre and the arts, and loves traveling around the world! Chad is also a certified Resort & Second Home Property Specialist by the National Association of Realtors and is licensed in the state of Florida, where he and his husband like to spend time away from the brutal Chicago winters and one day aim to own a second home of their own. While rooted in the Chicagoland real estate market , he also consults clients in relocating to/from either state, those seeking a vacation or investment property and advising international clients in the various nuances of real estate in the Chicago & South Florida markets.
