About Cathie Smith, Designated Managing

My family has been in the real estate business since 1920, when G.M. Smith & Son Realtors was opened by my great-grandfather and grandfather. My father, George C. Smith, Jr. was the third generation involved in the family business. I became the Managing Broker of our family business after the death of my father in 1993. I worked along with my mother, Ana D. Smith for many years, until her retirement. Growing up in a real estate family you learn to understand the commitment and dedication it takes to do the job well at a very young age. I take much pride in the personal service our office has been providing the community since 1920.
