WHO IS CAROL KOLLAR? I am a full time real estate agent and have been assisting buyers and sellers in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs for approximately 12 years. Although I specialize in neighborhoods on the Northwest side of Chicago, I am also very knowledgeable about many other communities. My husband and I live in Norwood Park with our three children. We are active members of the community and are in the St. Tarcissus Parish. Most of my business comes from past clients and referrals. I am not a high-pressure sales person. Buying and selling property is a very stressful and emotional time for everyone. I try to make sure that the individuals and families I represent receive the service they deserve, without any additional pressures. I think what I enjoy most about my job is being invited back after a sale to see the house again. It is total gratification to see the smiles and excitement on the "new" homeowners' faces.
