Carlos Alers is the Broker/Owner of Space Finder, Inc. He has been in the Real-Estate industry for over 15 years, he first began his career in the Southwest Suburban area of Plainfield, IL when he started his own mortgage company at the age of 22. Throughout the years, as he actively helped clients structure mortgages so they were able to afford home ownership, he identified a need for Real-Estate agents that really understood the art of how to structure sales contracts for their clients. After many years of working on the financing side of the Real-Estate industry process and feeling as if his client contracts were not being negotiated to the best possible outcome, he decided to become a realtor to leverage his deep knowledge of financing for his own clients. In his first 6 months of becoming a Realtor, he closed over 6MM dollars worth real estate, which landed him the "Rising Star" award amongst his colleagues. Carlos' hard work, passion and charisma has helped strengthen his reputation and brand in the industry. Only three years after becoming a Real-Estate Agent he opened his own Real-Estate Company, Space Finder Inc. Space Finder Inc. caters to Multi-Unit Commercial Investors, Luxury Home clientele, and Single Family Home clientele.
