My journey began in 2018 as a property inspector for a large property management company in Killeen, Texas, where I quickly advanced through leasing and operations to become Associate Broker. I played a key role in managing a portfolio of over 2,200 single-family homes, gaining hands-on insight into every aspect of residential real estate—from maintenance and tenant relations to market performance and asset optimization. I later served as Designated Broker for a firm operating in both Texas and Virginia, where I earned my Virginia real estate broker license. These experiences equipped me with the operational knowledge, negotiation skills, and market intelligence that most agents simply don’t have. After 10 years in Texas, I returned home to Bloomington-Normal in 2025 to be closer to family and enjoy the beauty of Midwest four seasons.
