As the trusted real estate advisor in the Peoria Illinois Metropolitan Region, I understand that selling and/or buying a home is complex and deeply personal. There is also a lot at stake financially and personally. This perspective on the process and the responsibility felt towards my clients drives me to truly be an expert at the job. I understand the market, the players, and all of the variables involved in a real estate transaction. I want to make sure you feel supported and that you have a trusted advisor by your side. As a seller, you want to effectively (and beautifully) market the home and then negotiate to secure the highest possible price and cleanest terms for the sale. As a buyer, you want a patient, yet assertive partner to help to buy the right home for you, at the best possible price. In other words, you want to make sure you don’t leave any money on the table. After graduating with my BA from Illinois State University in Housing & Interior Design, I launched my career in real estate and have spent the last 14+ years utilizing these skills to assist sellers with presenting their homes in the most appealing way to maximize their sales price. Plus, assisting buyers with seeing the potential in homes and assisting them with design schemes after the closing that fit their lifestyle. I am currently on my 2nd term of serving on the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams Premier Realty as Tech Committee Chair and enjoy integrating new technology & tools into my team to create a dynamic experience for sellers, buyers & investors. I have been married to my beautiful bride, Debra, an award winning hairdresser, for 35 years and I have 4 great children...Lynsey, Maddison, Noah & Bradley.
