Betsy Green managed and owned a RE brokerage with cofounder since 1999. Together, the two sold over 700 Chicago-area homes and or over $118m in sales. She has personally completed over 10 rehabs as GC and consults clients on the importance of buying quality buildings in order to grow their wealth! One such sale was a property that failed to sell by three different agents until she listed it and went over all the necessary minor updates ,after which she raised the price by $30,000 and the house sold in two weeks, in November in Chicago at a priced $30,000 over the previous listing that three brokers failed to sell. Betsy serves as a Mediator for NAR and Arbitrator for the Chicago Association of Realtors, and is designated CNE Certified Negotiation Expert.
