I joined the ranks of Re/Max Professionals and have been a top-producing realtor in the Chicagoland area for the past 9 years although my passion for real estate investment spans some 30 years and I have personally owned a variety of properties including commercial, investment, new construction, and redevelopment projects. I've rehabbed many homes, even picking up a hammer or plumbing a bathroom from time to time.My specialty is in residential real estate and I am known for my strong negotiation skills. In my past life I was Director of Information Technology consulting services at Cincinnati Bell Information Systems, and thereafter I formed a management consulting firm called The Brownstone Group, Inc which assisted clients such as Allied Van Lines, Rand McNally, Northern Trust Bank, FMC Corporation and others in the design and development of a variety of business technology solutions and web applications.I grew up in the Beverly area of Chicago and have also resided on Chicago™s north side, and in the northern, western and southwest suburbs. I also lived a few years in Washington DC, and Orlando, FL. After graduating from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin with a BA in business/marketing and a minor in art I completed the technology program at the Computer Learning Center of Chicago. I originally qualified for my real estate license in 1984 and have been practicing full time as a realtor since 2002 first with Baird & Warner (Founder's Club), and then with Re/Max Action (Executives club).
