About Valorie

I was born in Rexburg and raised on my family's farm — ground that's been in our family since the 1800s. That's where I learned what water rights actually mean, why fencing, drainage and winter access matter more than a pretty view, and how to tell usable acreage from land that just photographs well. It's also why horse property and acreage became my specialty. Ten years in, more than $100 million in career sales, and hundreds of homes closed across Eastern Idaho — Rexburg, Sugar City, St. Anthony, Ashton, Rigby, Ririe, Menan, Idaho Falls, Shelley, Firth and Blackfoot. Before real estate I owned a marketing agency and published a real estate magazine, so my listings get real campaign-level marketing: professional photography and video, paid social and retargeting across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok — not an MLS entry and a sign in the yard. I also came up around construction and remodeling, so I'll tell you straight which pre-listing improvements move your price and which ones are money you won't get back. A good share of my work is complicated: estates, probate, inherited property, and divorce sales where the family isn't on the same page. Those need steadiness and discretion, not enthusiasm. I also work with move-up buyers trying to sell one house and buy the next without the timing turning into chaos. Credentials: Associate Broker, GRI. Eight years on the Upper Valley Association of Realtors Board of Directors, 2024 President, 2024 Realtor of the Year, and the 2023 Good Neighbor Award. Idaho REALTORS® State Director, 2025 and 2026. I founded Wall of Warmth, which has put thousands of coats on Eastern Idaho residents who needed them. I'm direct. I'll tell you the truth about your price even when it's not what you want to hear, and I'd rather you hear it from me on day one than learn it from the market on day sixty. Text or call me at 208-403-1859 and let's talk.
