About Shaela

I’m a Southeast Idaho real estate agent with Silvercreek Realty Group, helping homeowners sell with a combination of local market knowledge, strong marketing, and hands-on service from listing through closing. I believe one of the most important parts of selling a home is getting the price right from the beginning. I regularly analyze local MLS data, including recent sales, active competition, price per square foot, days on market, neighborhood trends, and new construction. I use real market data to help sellers understand where their home fits and develop a pricing strategy designed to attract buyers without leaving money on the table. Marketing is another major focus of my approach. I want a home to look its best and reach as many potential buyers as possible. Depending on the property, that can include professional photography, home preparation and staging assistance, open houses, social media marketing, targeted online advertising, and exposure across the major real estate platforms. I’m also very hands-on throughout the transaction. I help my sellers evaluate offers, negotiate terms, coordinate inspections and repairs, navigate the appraisal process, communicate with the other professionals involved, and stay on top of deadlines through closing. I believe great real estate service doesn’t need to come with an unnecessarily high listing fee. My goal is to provide sellers with professional marketing, thoughtful pricing, responsive communication, and full-service representation while keeping the cost of selling reasonable. Most importantly, I want my clients to feel informed and comfortable throughout the process. Selling a home is a big financial decision, and I take seriously the responsibility of helping sellers protect their equity and make decisions that are right for them.
