Hello! May name is Rick Stockman. I have lived in the Nampa/Caldwell area since 1980 and was raised in California from 1970-1980 prior to moving to Caldwell. I have worked in retail sales as an HVAC comfort advisor for 23 years. This profession had me going into people's homes and fully diagnosing and designing whole house comfort systems. My wife Steph, she has been with Homes of Idaho since 2012 and has been a major influencer, mentor, teacher and coach to many up and coming real estate agents. We combined our experience and expertise by offering clients life changing experiences in making major purchases. We value authenticity and knowledge when it comes to buying or selling a home and with over 100 transactions to date, clients can be rest assured to get great communication and an honest approach with us as your real estate agent.
