Julie Lynn is the Broker and Owner of Territory Real Estate, a boutique real estate brokerage based in Sandpoint, Idaho, serving buyers and sellers throughout North Idaho. With 30 years of real estate experience, Julie specializes in Sandpoint, Schweitzer Mountain, Dover Bay, The Idaho Club, Sagle, Hope, Bonners Ferry, Priest River, Ponderay, Hayden and Hayden Lake, Coeur d’Alene, Clark Fork, and the communities surrounding Lake Pend Oreille. Julie works with buyers and sellers of luxury homes, waterfront properties, Schweitzer ski and resort properties, second homes, condominiums, rural acreage, vacant land, recreational properties, and distinctive North Idaho homes. She also has extensive experience helping people relocate to Idaho and understands that choosing a home here is often as much about choosing a lifestyle as it is choosing a property. Julie chose Idaho in the 1990s and raised her family here. During her real estate career, she became a top-producing broker in the Boise market before eventually returning to the part of Idaho that felt most like home: the mountains, forests, lakes, and communities of North Idaho. Today, Julie works alongside her son, Michael Olivieri, at Territory Real Estate. Their approach is intentionally personal.
